Terms of Use of products between Aaron’s Elite Pool SVC, LLC (Hereinafter “AEP”) and site users, and the purchasers of our products and reports.
In consideration of the placement of an order for a report prepared by AEP the following Terms of Use are agreed to by the parties.
YOU AGREE NOT TO REPRODUCE, RETRANSMIT, DISTRIBUTE, DISSEMINATE, SELL, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, OR CIRCULATE THE INFORMATION RECEIVED THROUGH SERVICES AND ALL AVENUES PROVIDED BY AEP TO ANYONE WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF AEP. COPYING AND DISTRIBUTING THE SERVICES OR INFORMATION, OR ANY DERIVATIVE OF THE SERVICES OR INFORMATION, TO THIRD PARTIES IS FORBIDDEN. NOTWITHSTANDING THIS YOU MAY USE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE POTENTIAL SALE AND PURCHASE OF THE REAL PROPERTY THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE INFORMATION RECEIVED
AEP assumes no liability for any action or inaction regarding information, transmissions or content provided (or not disclosed) by any user or third party. You waive and hold harmless AEP from any claims resulting from any action taken by AEP during or as a result of its investigations and from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by AEP.

Your use of AEP’s analysis is at your sole risk. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AEP disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Advice, statements, or opinions should not be relied upon when making important personal, legal or financial decisions. AEP is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available from third parties, and is not responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. AEP is not liable for any loss or injury arising out of, in whole or in part, from AEP’s conduct in procuring, compiling, collecting, interpreting, reporting, or delivering services.
AEP is not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of out products, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of any third-party’s rights. You are solely responsible for any damage to you or to any third-party caused, directly or indirectly, by any material that you obtain from AEP.
